The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We treat them confidentially and process them in accordance with the statutory regulations, in particular the EU Data Protection Regulation (EU DSGVO). We process your personal data on the following legal basis:

  • Art. 6 (1) a EU DSGVO: Processing operations based on your consent for a specific processing purpose, e.g. in the case of enquiries via the contact form.
  • Art. 6 (1) b EU DSGVO: For the performance of a contract, e.g. delivery of goods or provision of services, including pre-contractual measures.
  • Art. 6 (1) c EU DSGVO: For the fulfilment of legal obligations, e.g. tax obligations.
  • Art. 6 (1) f EU DSGVO: Processing for the purposes of a legitimate interest, unless such interests are overridden by the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

Disclosure to third parties, transfer to third countries:
We only disclose your data to third parties within the scope of legal obligations or with your consent.

Personal data is only transferred to countries outside the EU or EEA if this is required by law or if you have given us your consent.

Storage period:
We store your data for as long as it is needed for the respective processing purpose and for as long as required by legal retention periods. These are, in particular, retention periods under commercial or tax law. After expiry of this period, the data will be routinely deleted, provided that no legitimate interests of the responsible party outweigh the interest in deletion.

2. data collection in connection with the use of our website

Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

The information is used to display the contents of the website correctly to you, to ensure the operation of this website, for statistical purposes and to provide law enforcement authorities with the necessary data in the event of a cyber-attack.

This data is not merged with other data sources. The data is stored for a certain period of time on the basis of Art. 6 (1) f of the EU DSGVO for reasons of technical security and to defend against cyber attacks and is then routinely deleted.

An order processing contract was concluded with the provider.

Our website uses cookies. These are text files that are stored on the user's computer system via the browser. If no employment contract is concluded, your data will be deleted after completion of the application procedure and after expiry of the time limits, at the latest 6 months after the decision, provided that no legitimate interests of the controller conflict with this.

3. Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

Google Analytics cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 f EU DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise its website.

IP anonymisation
We have activated the IP anonymisation function on this website. This means that your IP address is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to website operators. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
